Sometimes the struggles in our lives feel overwhelming. Coming to therapy will provide you with the support you need to explore your feelings and find your way forward.
I focus on creating a safe, non-judgemental, and confidential space where we can discuss whatever may be on your mind, at your own pace. I believe that trust is central to building a successful therapeutic relationship.
Counselling can be both short term or open-ended, depending on your specific concerns.

I support couples to work out what their familiar patterns are and how to move forward.
Are you having troubles in your relationship? You love each other but something has to change? Do you struggle to communicate with each other? What needs to be said that you've been holding back? Is there anger and resentment? Are you possibly feeling ready to separate and need a space to explore those feelings?
There are many reasons that couples come into therapy and I will support you to explore what may be underlying and to help you move towards a solution.

I am an experienced Integrative Relational Counsellor, which means I have trained in various approaches to provide tailored mental health support specifically for you. I work with individual adults and couples.
I hold a BA (Hons) Degree in Integrative Relational Counselling (first class honours) from Middlesex University and have completed additional training to work effectively with couples.
As a registered member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), I adhere to its ethical guidelines in my practice.

Sessions and Fees
I work both online and face to face from my office, conveniently located close to Epsom train station. There are good transport links to Cheam, Sutton, Banstead, Ewell, Stoneleigh, Chessington, and Tadworth.
I offer both short-term and open-ended therapy options. I believe that it is essential for you to find a therapist who is the right "fit" for you, which is why I provide a free initial conversation (20 mins) to explore your expectations and needs, ensuring you feel I am the right person to help you.
My fee for individuals is £65 for a 50-minute session and my fee for couples is £85 for a 60-minute session. Sessions are typically held weekly, on the same day and at the same time.
Please note that any missed or cancelled sessions will incur the full rate if cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice. Where possible, I will endeavour to reschedule within the same week at no additional charge.
My working hours are:
Tuesday 9.00 to 15.00
Wednesday 9.00 to 15.00
